Mature System Assessment and Reconfiguration
Review current Salesforce instance and discuss issues with configuration and adoption. Gain an understanding of organization's wish list and provide an assessment of where other changes could be made to increase functionality, automation and user experience. Provide configuration changes and training to the end users.
