Salesforce CRM Implementation
Internal lead for a Salesforce CRM implementation at a San Francisco based consulting firm. Responsible for migration of data, configuration of system, creation of all business processes within the system, training materials and report and dashboard build-out.
Migration of Salesforce System
Migrated an active Salesforce instance into a new instance of Salesforce as part of a greater acquisition integration. Project included the integration of data from two separate CRM systems into a single new system. This required business process redesign, new field creation, data mapping and configuration of all workflow, validation requirements and processes. Created all training materials and ran training for a national sales organization.
Applicant Tracking System Implementation
Implementation lead for a migration of two separate applicant tracking systems (Talent Secure and Bullhorn) onto JobScience (built on Salesforce platform). This was a national implementation that spanned two separate recruiting organizations with three distinct service lines (Temp, Perm Search, Project Consulting). Worked closely with all stakeholders to define the future state of business process and configured the system accordingly, migrated all historical data from both systems and remapped the data to the new org. Defined best practices and led training across the organization.
Professional Service Automation Implementation
Lead for Phase 1 of a FinancialForce implementation (PSA component) that bolted on to the back end of the company's Applicant Tracking System. Replicated all PSA requirements, delivering a way to effectively track client SLA's to the task level for all projects. Delivered a solution for time entry to the field consultants and trained Resource Managers on Resource Planning, Project Planning, Project Gantt, Resource Assignment and Time Entry approval.
